Very easy to use, and keep working up to 20 sec. After pressing power on, has different level of how fast and strong you want a water Spray to work. Like that attachment as well. Worth your money!

There are multiple modes and water pressure settings. It holds its charge for at least two weeks with daily use. It has been a lifesaver since I have gotten braces.
