Very easy to use. When I'm home I use it right after my mrals or snacks. If theres still some stubborn leftovers ill go over it with floss. But the stream power should be more than sufficient to promote oral care. Highly recommended!

It seems to work just fine but I guess I’m never really sure if I flossed my teeth just as good as if I were to use an actual floss

Nevrr much of a standard flosser, originally had a waterpik standard water flosser that took up too much counter space. This wireless model is awesome, and now I can use it in the shower saving time!

Amazing portable water flosser. Three different levels of water pressure. It goes in hard pressure and then soft pressure when on. Filling water tank is easy compared to Amazon water flosser.

Not has powerful as I expected, but it does the trick and it’s not as bulky as the rest of the competitors out there- which is nice

Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 is a cordless flosser that’s powerful and effective. The tank holds just enough for a 1 minute flossing session that is guided by the device’s pacer to hit all 4 quadrants of your mouth (front and back of the top and bottom). Its rechargeable nature means you can use it without much drama, although I would be hesitant to call it portable. Philips Sonicare brand has been one of my favorite lines of hygiene products. The toothbrush has been pretty amazing for my oral health. However one problem for me remains: my crowded teeth mean I struggle with regular flossing. In fact I have one tooth that is crowded enough that I cannot get the floss back out without putting a lot of uncomfortable pressure on a filing. While I’ve tried water flossing before, I found corded units cumbersome and loud. The Power Flosser 3000 fixes both of those issues while still providing a strong flossing experience without the anxiety of getting floss stuck. In the box you’ll find a charger, USB-C cable, the power flosser unit, the water tank, and a pair of nozzles. Charging the device for a couple hours will fully charge it and Philips claims you’ll get 25 flossing sessions from a single charge. While I haven’t verified that claim yet, it has been powering away for the flosses I’ve completed without issue. I appreciate the USB-C charging, as that means it’s pretty universal. However, as previously mentioned, its size makes it hard to imagine taking this on the road (not impossible, but not something you’d fit in a small toiletry bag. Usage is pretty simple. Simply click in the nozzle of your choice. Fill up the tank, put it in your mouth, and push the power button. The device will spray for 15 seconds, then give a pulse and pause for you to reposition. The intent is to spend 15 seconds on the front of your upper teeth, then back of your upper teeth, then front of the bottom, and back of the bottom. 60 seconds lined up pretty well to the tank size, as I found each run required a refill. This isn't so bad due to its portable nature, and the easy fill tank that makes it quick and easy to fill up. Using it took a bit of practice to be fully comfortable. You need to stay on target the entire time and get the teeth right around the gums. I definitely turned the intensity down the first couple times. I did use the quad stream, and liked that nozzle a lot. The first time I used it my gums bled pretty well. They were inflamed, and not in great shape due to my lack of flossing. After just a couple days, my gums felt firmer, not inflamed, and healthy. I was surprised at the results. I wasn’t expecting a battery powered device to be as effective as it was. Philps really delivered here. The device has 3 intensity settings, and a deep clean pulse setting. The intensity setting of medium was where I started and it was still a lot. By day 3 I was using it at full intensity without too much issue. You can hold the intensity button to turn off the 15 second pacer, although I found that setting essential. The device has a 2 year warranty and seems to be built quite well. There is no user replaceable battery, but I’m still rolling on a 4 year old toothbrush with amazing battery life, so I’m not too concerned. Nozzles are designed to last 6 months. Overall the Power Flosser 3000 is a solid product. I love the benefits that Philips has brought to my life with their products, especially the battery powered ones. I highly recommend this flosser!

I don't care because it is big and awkward to handle. Liked the old one that was smaller and didn't fall apart using it.

    A great portable/cordless water flosser

Up until I received this Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 Cordless, my experience with water flossers (or oral irrigators, whatever name you ascribe to them) has been the type which sit on your bathroom counter taking up a lot of space and making a lot of noise while keeping your teeth and gums healthy. This is my first portable/cordless flosser and I am pretty happy with the experience so far. The water tank is fairly small, and I found that when using either the single tip or the quad/cross tip I am able to get all of my teeth clean if I use the middle setting for the water pressure at a comfortable pace. With the highest strength, I either have to stop and top the tank up, or move faster from tooth to tooth than I am comfortable with. Relative to a big, traditional flosser, this is a bit of a change but a necessary one to keep the Sonicare 3000 Flosser from being ungainly to use (or bring along for travel). The flossing experience is really neat with the Sonicare 3000 and I am pretty happy with the options available vs my other water flossers. First, there is the "deep clean" option for flossing. This pulses the water at different strengths and does provide a noticeably clean feeling when you're done. Second, the 3000 cordless includes a traditional single point spray tip as well as a cross shaped Quad Stream tip which is very different from any other unit that I've used. The Quad Stream is recommended for people with braces or dental work, and I have been using it more due to the fact that I have a crown and it seems to be more gentle around the gum pocket of that tooth. For travel, the 3000 is pretty compact considering what it is - you can put the tip inside the water tank to make it fit a little easier in your bag. Philips advertises 14 days of use per charge, and I really, really, really like that this thing has USB-C charging. Philips deserves praise for understanding how travel works - I only carry one charger on the road and it's great to be able to charge my phone, laptop, and even potentially this device without having to stuff yet another thing in my bag. Definitely consider the Sonicare 3000 Cordless water flosser if you are looking for something a little more compact and portable than the counter-top variety.

For this being a very well known and reliable brand I expected more from my Philip's Sonicare Flosser. I purchased this based on the (40) 5 star reviews. It's very hard to believe this flosser got that many amazing reviews. My main issue was it did not clean my teeth, there is no power to this flosser even on the highest setting. I made sure to charge it fully but still it wasn't powerful. I ended up returning it because at nearly $50 (it was on sale) I didn't want my $50 wasted. I would not recommend this product.

I bought it less than 2 months ago and it doesn't charge at all... already?!! Why would you put usb-C charger on a product like this if it's having issues with moisture detection already!!! If Philips refuse to fix it would be the worst flosser I've had far!

Machine broke within the first 30 uses. It no longer pumped water and after checking it wasn’t clogged, I figured it was just a bad product. I’m hoping I will be able to get it replaced since i do like the way it works.

The best dental water jet around

I love this thing! I have had a variety of WPs over the years and the thing I always detested about them was the stupid spiral plastic cord which got in the way and was just an utter mess to keep clean etc. I always avoided these cordless ones because I imagined they'd lack the power. I was totally wrong. This has more than enough power and I am never using the max level. I can use this and wipe it off with a towel and it's clean... and dry. Literally the only thing I'd change about this would be a slightly larger reservoir for the water because I, not all the time but often, run out like 10 seconds too fast... but no big deal, I just put some more in quickly by flipping open the port, fill and close. Honestly, this for me is perfect not to mention, it is totally travel ready. Yeah, you might need to take the hand piece in your carry on because of the battery but no biggie. We have to do that with so many other useful things too! Buy it... this has a two year warranty as well which I have used with my old sonicare toothbrushes too and they always replace it and honor their warranty without any problems as log as you have an image of your receipt. If this broke and was out of warranty, I'd happily buy another that day.

Zero, if I could give it. I returned mine and Best Buy was great about the return. I previously had a WaterPik and this didn’t hold a candle. It wasn’t even close, I can swish and get better results.
