However, approximately two weeks after using one of the heads, I noticed that the toothbrush wand wasn't charging properly. I considered returning the toothbrush, but before doing so, I decided to troubleshoot the issue. I replaced the problematic head with another one from the pack, and it worked perfectly without any wand battery problems. It became evident that the specific head was defective. I attempted to exchange the defective head at Best Buy, but unfortunately, they informed me that an exchange was no longer possible. Seeking a resolution, I contacted Philips, but they clarified that brush heads are not covered under warranty. As a result, I ended up paying over $30 for just one toothbrush head, which feels like a less than favorable deal. It is disappointing that both Best Buy and Philips did not stand behind their products, leaving me unsatisfied with the purchase. Given the experience, I am uncertain if I would consider buying these toothbrush heads again in the future.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are compatible with my Philips Sonicare 5100 series but are a bit stiffer than the standard brush heads (probably a medium or a medium-hard). Their design does help with brushing into the crevices more, especially with the back molars. They might feel a bit uncomfortable due to how stiff they are so brush accordingly.
