That’s why the slots pop out easily. It’s the worst brush out of all of the brands. I Loved my Oral B I had before this one. You’re supposed to not need brush tops until every three months. With this one you need them every one month. Very cheap and poorly made. I do not recommend. The Phillips toothbrush itself only works Effectively in first two hours of charge. For days it will show full charge but it won’t be efficient beyond initial charge and you can tell the brush being weaker the more you use it. I may try the New Oral B that just came out. It may be the best toothbrush brand.

Its supposed to be the coordinating brush head...but works less than a manual soft head tooth brush..no pulse what so ever. Not to mention pricy for such a defect. And makes my toothbrush sound 10x louder...buying from.the manufacturer for the head replacements...
