I've been using this at least twice a day since December 2019 and it still works great. I got four toothbrushes on-sale and an buy replacement heads (generic) from Amazon. Be careful with the replacement heads if you're going to fo the generic route, since I've had some of them fall apart in my mouth. Just read reviews and you can save a lot on the heads, which makes this a great investment.

I really love this toothbrush. My dentist suggested I get an electric toothbrush for my sensitive tooth and this was the only available and affordable one at the store. It's just great.

My folks have been using Sonicare for years, myself being stubborn one in the group. So finally, I decided to get one and use it. The vibrations were a bit weird but easily adaptable to. After a couple of uses, I am starting to see a slight difference in the tarter buildup, but not enough to claim that my teeth are pearly white. The head of the brush is much smaller than the manual I've been using, and I have also seen less blood from my gums when I used it. I was expecting it to be a bit too rough since I've had some work done recently, but the area actually didn't hurt. Well done, Philips, your Sonicare is really good. I plan on buying the more recent model in the future.

I won't lie. This product takes a lot of getting used to. But once you get used to it it is an amazing toothbrush. You will love how clean your teeth feel after you brush.

I have used a rechargeable toothbrush for over 10 years. I had a Sonicare that finally needed replacement, so I chose this one. Works great. The order was easy to place and I quickly shipped.

Works as expected, however, the bush is very small.

I’m so glad I finally caved in and bought one of these electronic toothbrushes. Wish that I had done this years ago. My teeth feel much, much cleaner and seem to be whiter as well. I highly recommend this toothbrush.

This toothbrush is great especially for the price, definitely wouls recommend. I bought it for myself and my husband.

Does the job. If you are willing to live without the app, and intend to use the brush full-speed at all times, you get much of the benefit of the diamond-clean at much lower price.

It works great but should’ve gone with the other one where the bristles part is a bigger area. This one is super small feels like it adds intensity to one tooth and mine are sensitive but it works great. I’m still keeping it just don’t have time to return. It already came charged

Ordered this for my 13-year-old daughter, who isn't great at brushing with a manual toothbrush. She loves this thing, especially because of the timer showing her when to stop brushing.

what can I say, ultrasonic toothbrushes are the best, getting off stains from your teeth that my old manual toothbrush could not even dream of doing. So far I only have to charge my toothbrush maybe one time a week

It really feels like you're getting a solid cleaning with this brush. However, even with the beginning setting, the stroking still feels very strong. This toothbrush is very aggressive and strong, but it does help to angle it at a 45 degree angle, as instructed in the product. Angling it at such, it won't feel as strong. The "beep" that tells you when to switch quadrants in your mouth, is EXTREMELY subtle; you really have to listen for it closely or you will miss it easily. As far as battery charge, the charge is EXCELLENT. I think it can go up to 3 weeks without a charge; I love that. I wish the model I got came with a travel case, but sadly, it didn't. The head cover is neat, it's got air openings to allow it to air dry while also protecting the brush head from getting dirty. I got it at a discount, but in conclusion: I highly recommend this product. You will really feel that your teeth are getting properly cleaned.

This model definitely is the best. Very powerful and provide a non stop brushing compare to older model that stops after 45 seconds. Battery is lasting longer than previous models
