It is fully charged, but no longer vibrates. It turns on with a weak buzz, but as soon as it touches anything it stops. Tried changing the brush, but there is no difference. My previous Sonicare lasted for years.

Every time I used it, it felt like it was about to rattle my teeth out of my head and sheer away my gums. This is even when using the brush heads for sensitive teeth. The intensity is way, WAY too high for a single speed brush. I returned it after a couple weeks and had to pay an additional fifty bucks for a brush with adjustable intensity. Even at its highest setting, it wasn't as intense as the 4100. Brushing your teeth shouldn't feely like you're using a belt sander in your mouth, it should be comfortable and cleansing. Awful brush, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
