The brand has always lived up to its expectations. Holds a great charge. Does leave my teeth feeling clean. However, I do prefer the brush heads that rotate vs what this one does. This brand is backed by dentists so it does it’s job.

The Philips Sonicare Protective Clean 4100 rechargeable electric toothbrush, boasts a clean, streamlined design offering the next gen of teeth-cleansing technology. However, in my opinion, this particular model falls short. Overall, simply using this toothbrush was an unpleasant experience. The included brush head was too stiff and hard, but it was the vibration which really made this toothbrush uncomfortable to use. Not only did the side-to-side vibrating head make my teeth hurt, but the ‘firm’ bristles of the brush head were very rough along my gum line. I’m sure that for some, the vibration won’t pose a problem, especially if they are well familiar with using this type of toothbrush before. Nor will, the stiffness of the brush head, for those who prefer their toothbrushes on the more ‘firm’ side. But for me, not being able to enjoy a pleasant, satisfying experience straight out of the box, was just not good enough. All that being said, I’m sure the Philips Sonicare Protective Clean 4100 does the job as well as any other rechargeable electric toothbrush of this type out on the market today. Its featured technology certainly sounds impressive: - Three brushing modes for specialized oral hygiene and BrushSync technology that notifies you when it's time to replace the brush head. - Quad-pacer and smart-timer that encourage a thorough brushing of every quadrant of your mouth. I’ve no idea if the ‘pressure sensor’ - which is meant to protect teeth and gums from excessive pressure during brushing - works as described, because I wasn’t able to endure using the toothbrush for very long. This toothbrush is also designed to adjust the power level over the course of your first 14 uses in order to help you get acclimated to this Sonicare toothbrush. But again, I couldn’t use it long enough to find out. Final thoughts - I had been anticipating finally being able to try one of these types of electric toothbrushes for myself so as to improve my dental health. But, unfortunately, this Philips Sonicare Protective Clean 4100 just didn’t work for me.

Slim good performance lightweight. Sonic care are simply the best electric toothbrushes - should be used by everyone.

Used this for over a year now, ended up getting some for my parents too. Love the two minute timer it does so you can brush for two minutes. Long battery life!

I really like this toothbrush. It cleans very well, even back teeth. The one small thing I don't like is that there isn't a case for it.

This brush does a great job of cleaning your tooth. The big problem is that the metal post that connects the handle to the brushhead breaks usually a little outside of the warranty.

I have heen looking for a product like this but with a mark down price like this ill keep buying this product at best buy. I recommend this product and the service.

This is a great toothbrush. It cleans gently but also does a really good job of removing plaque. It is a bit feature-less compared to the higher end models, but it gets the job done. Overall, it's a great toothbrush for the price.

Works great and was a good price. Will buy again when when the time comes. Lets see how long it lasts.

Sonicare 4100 does the job! It's a good size toothbrush and the speed spin is perfect. It's smooth and quiet and I definitely feel and see a difference after two uses. Cleaner teeth than using a regular toothbrush.

Two years have passed since I bought this from Best Buy, and it's been working great. No issues whatsoever (knock wood). The brush movement is strong, even a week after a full charge. But, keep the brush stationary as you move from one tooth to the next. My dental hygienist recommended this to reduce gum irritation, which has really helped.

It does the job. It’s a pretty strong pulses. It came charged and ready to go. The initial charge lasted 2 weeks.
