I think I have a defective product. My gums have receded just a fraction past the gum line and exposed the tooth and my teeth have become extremely sensitive. The intensity of the vibration is so strong that I fear the hard plastic shaft might crack a tooth when it contacts with it. I’m not brushing hard by any means, and it would be impossible to do because it would be too painful and the bristles would probably tear the gums. I find myself avoiding using it and I can’t go without brushing so I dug out my old WaterPik that I stored away to use to clean my nails after gardening next spring with the water pressure (not the toothbrush). I’ll contact Philips directly since the return date has expired. I’m so disappointed and I paid way too much for something that a less expensive electric toothbrush can do.

My first electric toothbrush. Seems to be working well but gets messy if I open my mouth slightly (which my friend said is normal). Enjoying the timing feature to remind me how long to brush. Hope my dentist notices a difference- she recommended the brand

It’s my 3rd, not because of quality but because I always break or wear them out over years. Best value and to order online and pick up on way home was amazing

going from a standard toothbrush to this one takes a little getting used too, but overall the product works very well

Works perfectly as expected the only reason I had to get a new one is due to the button on the old one tearing. This one does not have the same button.

It cleans my teeth real well and does not scratch my teeth since I have a bad habit of pressing hard with regular toothbrush. It stops when I press hard making sure I only put enough pressure.

Best purchase made. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to switch to an electric toothbrush.

This is a replacement tooth brush. These sonicare toothbrushes are well worth the money but they don't last forever so this was to replace one I purchased about 5 years ago. I like the black finish.

I'm very pleased with this Sonicare toothbrush. I bought it as a replacement for my original Sonicare which served well for several years, but then the power switch started acting up.

Works well to get your teeth clean. The price was descent too.
