Love it but…

I love it but the first one died within 2 years and the second one only lasted me 5 months. Unsure if I Will keep buying more if they break this easily. Luckily I did get a protection plan after the first one so the third one was free.

I’ve been using it for two months now and I like the feel in my hands and on my teeth. Seems a little pricey for what it is, but I don’t review brushes as a hobby.

The heads are small, they don't oscillate (it just vibrates) and the charge length is very short. Additionally, the sound it emits is very high pitched so brushing for several minutes is grating.

Thank you for writing your review. We're sorry, however, that your Sonicare didn't meet your expectations. When it comes to running time, we suggest leaving your toothbrush on charge for 24 hours. Please, use only original charger, and keep in mind that metal surfaces, and other chargers may interfere with the process. It should prolong the time between charging. Regarding the noise you mentioned, please, change the brush head for a new one. We recommend changing them every 3 months. We hope this helps!
