I have had a soniccare brush for several years the battery quit holding a charge so I bought this one as a replacement. What a disappointment. Ended up returning it for a refund. I will guess I will have to buy the top of the line AKA most expensive yo equal what I had.

bought this item for my son now that he is in braces and need to make sure to make brushing more effective. He has no complaints other than why do i always have to brush. He is always on the go so this really helps make sure he is brushing long enough.

However it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous sonicare which was much more expensive. I got this one for a very good price however, next time I will purchase the more pricier model which,I believe, will clean more thoroughly.

The information enclosed with the product, ie Manufacturer"s Coupon for discount purchase of replacement brush heads, had expired 3 months before my purchase of the product. Similarly other information and product benefits.

I wanted to update my first Sonicare toothbrush, so I purchased the 2 Series model. It seemed not as easy to disassemble and store as the Essence model, so I returned it. I may give it another try some time in the future.

Average review for an average product in the Philips line. My wife has the better Philips product and it seems sturdier and does not change the pitch coming from the motor which can be annoying when it happens.

This is a vibrating brush without any rotational action. It feels very strange if the brush head hits your teeth. I'm not pleased with the job it appears to be doing. Try a better model or a brush with turning head.

Good electric toothbrush…teeth feel extra clean after using. Good value.

For the price it works great. But a bunch of replacement heads on Amazon and they work great.

Okay if your looking for a brush that does not do a lot. Some brushes are to aggressive. This one is gentle.

Previously had a FlexCare Platinum series from Sonic Care ... I should have repurchased one as this unit does not seem to clean thoroughly. Recommend paying more for better cleaning results in oral hygene.

I use this sonicare every day, nice brush heads but the charger base tends to get icky if you dont clean it absolutely every day . still a good find.

I made the mistake of assuming that all Phillips Sonicares had the same awesome brush movement. This was such a let down as the one I had prior was an original from their first models (about 6 years or so ago.) The brush action on this low end model is just one step above using a manual toothbrush. I therefore ended up putting it on a shelf after just a month of use and bought one of the Diamond series. With the Diamond I got the Sonicare brush action I expected (for about 3.5 times as much $.). :-p

This one is my 5th sonicare. I like it for its overall design. But the main problem with sonicare is its life. So far none of my sonicare lasted more than 2.5 years. Also I had same experience with diamondclean, my diamondclean was good till it lasted. It broke almost after 2 year 3 months. I also own a oral b one, and that one is still going strong after about 3 years. I would only recommend to those who have no issue paying the price for a 2 year life.
