Bought for my wife. She used it for 2 weeks but couldn't handle that it was to vigorous of a brushing and caused pain.

Way too loud and also would skip sometimes thus too much of a hassle.

I have used an Oral-B powered oscillating brushes many years. All that time I believed it was at least as good as Sonicare. Furthermore, I had some spouts when I went back to a traditional brush, but I was very loyal to the Oral-B. I wish I had not been quite so loyal. I purchased the Sonicare 2 Series on sale with a coupon, so the price was too good to pass up. A great Christmas present to myself. I was not immediately impressed because the unit comes with an "Easy Start," feature turned on that gradually ramps up the power. Furthermore, my first few uses had the battery not fully charged. Once I disabled the Easy Start and got the battery fully charged, I was blown away by the brush, and my teeth just kept getting better during the first 2-3 weeks of use. They also got a shade or two whiter. A few days a week I am using my Oral-B as my first brushing of the day, just to mix things up and give some variety, but it's my Sonicare session every evening and some mornings that I look forward to so very much. Read the manual and watch some of the online suggestions on techniques. You want to gently move the brush along your teeth, at an angle to the gum line. You don't brush in the traditional sense. The unit does the work for you. I find the feeling so enjoyable that I tend to brush three minutes instead of two, hopefully that isn't too harsh on my teeth, I just love using the Sonicare. Furthermore, before my Sonicare, my teeth would start to feel dirty a few hours after brushing. Now, even after eating, my teeth remain relatively clean feeling. That's just how clean they get, I believe carbs and sugars do not build up on the teeth as easily because you eventually get to such a clean surface on the teeth after a few weeks with Sonicare, the teeth stay clean nearly all day. My only hesitation of the product? Some have reported that once you go up to the HealthyWhite+ model or above, the performance is better and closer to older generation Sonicare. Therefore, I have been so impressed and blown away by this unit, that I'm considering upgrading to a more expensive unit as I have simply become so passionate about my teeth thanks to this unit. I do wonder if some of the people who state this observation are using the 2 Series with the "Easy Start," feature because once fully charged and Easy Start off, this unit is quite powerful. Some complain of the price of Sonicare heads compared to Oral-B, but a sonic toothbrush head should also last longer since it barely comes into contact with your teeth. The 3 month suggestion is still too long for me personally because I figure bacteria starts to build up, but I can see the brush staying in relatively good shape that long. The Oral-B brush heads start to deteriorate after just a couple weeks. Overall, the Oral-B is an acceptable product, but the Sonicare at least with my teeth, is another level altogether. Highly recommend Sonicare, perhaps even try the HealthWhite+ or above to get the maximum performance. Nevertheless, this unit has proven to be an extraordinary introduction to Sonicare for me. I only wish I had been using it the past twenty years. It's that good.

This is my first electric toothbrush and I have to admit that I'm impressed. There is a timer, which beeps at various times to indicate progression to the two minute pre-programmed stop time. This helps to ensure that you give each part of your mouth equal attention. I have had this for about 3 months and it has not failed me yet. Charging time is really long, but it does not need to be fully charged to be used. This is not an issue though because the charge lasts for a long time.

Every time I used it it would vibrate on my teeth.

It stopped working after 15 months and i had to purchase a new one. I'll have to see if the next one can last more than two years. This could be my last sonicare toothbrush if this new one doesn't last.

Not happy with it was cheap and didn't Clean very well

the head is very small and dosent leave ur teeth feeling clean. i had the oral b triumph and that was great. i wish i never threw that out for this one

Broke after few uses, totally not worth it and it wasn’t covered under warranty

I expected this toothbrush to do a better job. It does not clean between the teeth and it does not make my mouth feel fresh.

I purchased this toothbrush because i red that has adjustable option for people who did not use a electrical toothbrush before, but unfortunatelly after trying all described ways of setting it up for that option, i did not get any difference but 1 minute of toothbrushing setting, instead of the 2 min. If that what is all about the difference between the regular setting the toothbrush has and the one that suppose to be for " beginners' with electrical toothbrushes, that really did not feel or met any of the expectations I had on mind. Otherwise, for the price that I managed to get it during the sale, only 39.99$ from original 69.99$, This is really great toothbrush that i definitely will recommend buying. Also recently Best Buy always beats anyone else on the market, even the online companies, with matching Amazon Prime, if sold and ship by Amazon and special with their "Sale of the Day, which they run every single day, and 99%$ of the time they always have something to get my attention

I am in love with this brush! I used to use cheaper off-brand ones, so this is a major step up. The battery life is amazing and it’s easy to travel with. It also doesn’t hurt your teeth or gums, while being quite powerful. It’s simple, comfortable and effective. Definitely recommend this item!!

Very disappointed, this toothbrush head only vibrates and offers very little cleaning.

Older model.newer versions are more effective in performance

This is my first time using an electric toothbrush. This one works well, my teeth feel very clean and the vibration isn't too loud.

Got this on sale on black friday. This model is slim with good battery life, quiet and des an excellent job cleaning my teeth!
