    Bought 3 of these. 2 out of 3 are still working. The 2 gifts are working great but mine slowly got louder and slowly died. Now it charges up fine and sounds okay without a brush attached to it. As soon as I attach a brush it just starts humming and no more sonic.

    Stopped charging

    Not sure why, but the unit I got stopped charging after one year almost to the day. Usually Philips is usually a good brand. Kind of surprised by the failure of this particular product/unit. Will have to look at other brands that Best Buy sells....

    Not What It Seems

    Just opened this week and brush is extremely small. Doesn't seem to do the job. Wish I could return as it may be defective. Doesn't hold the charge as well. Will be contacting the store to try to exchange.

    This product efficiency decreased after using it for 1week. I thought the attachment was having issues so I went and bought a new set which did not even change the situation

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear your Sonicare lost its usual vibration power. We can imagine how inconvenient this is. We would be happy to give you some troubleshooting advice to try solving this issue.

      First off, make sure the Easy-start feature is deactivated. Press and hold the power on/off button for 2 seconds. You’ll hear one beep to indicate that this process has been successful. Second, we would recommend charging your device one more time (it takes approximately 24 hours). Please, make sure to use the original charger and to keep the station away from any metallic surfaces that might interfere with the charging process.

    Best of the Sonicare Toothbrushes!

    Had this model for several years and it finally gave out. I went to another retail store and bought the model 4100 thinking is was the same one I had. Brought it home and realized is was a different model than my old one. Tried this 4100 and it does not have near the power that my current model has which is the one that Best Buy lists here. The model 4100 seems very weak compared to this model & they are priced about the same. The 4100 has some kind of pressure sensitive monitor on it that keeps it from working too hard but does not clean the teeth well at all. Am returning the 4100 tomorrow and buying two of these models in case they discontinue them. Most of the more expensive Sonicare toothbrushes have all kinds of bells & whistles that you really don't need such as a whitening mode, etc, etc. Just a bunch of marketing to justify charging more for useless features.

    bought 11 months ago model and worked great BUT lasted just 10 before I can get 1 yes one use until it's dead and then takes 3 days to charge supposed fully and then 1 use and back on charge.. thought it would last more than a year for the $89.00 not on sale price tag ,,will be buying another brand (OB) for a replacement. bummer is what am I going to do with the 2 packs of replacement heads I got
