So, the one that I have just maybe defective. After returning and exchanging, I will provide updated feedback.

Not Worth the Money Over Base Model
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will keep this short and sweet: the Bluetooth features and the app are terrible and certainly not worth the extra money. There is no “whitening” mode on this version as there are on less expensive versions. The case is the same cheap plastic case that comes with the base model. And the genuine Sonicare DiamondClean heads do not seem to fit this particular mode well. Finally, the pressure sensor in the handle is so sensitive that it actually stops the head from oscillating several times throughout a single brushing with almost no pressure applied at all. Buy the less expensive model! I will be getting rid of this version and returning to the reliable base model.
