Lacks user manual/Geek squad no help at all.

Sales clerk told me there was a user manual in the pkg and this was not true. Had hard time trying to figure it out and went to the Geek Squad for advice and was told to download a user manual. Asked a couple other questions and was told "read the user manual". NO HELP AT ALL. Still trying to figure it out. Not happy with the item! If I figure it out, may like it more, but for now I am NOT HAPPY.
