    unhappy never got an email and it should be in my digital file with the best buy. it states end in 30 days but never used it.

    Beware of free trials with purchase. This came with a purchased that had to be returned, and was never activated. Yet, after the 30 days, I was charged the renewal fee for a service that has not been used and Best Buy cannot seem to locate on my account.
