    Beware of free trials with purchase. This came with a purchased that had to be returned, and was never activated. Yet, after the 30 days, I was charged the renewal fee for a service that has not been used and Best Buy cannot seem to locate on my account.

    I am very upset with Best Buy in not making it clear that this was a continuing subscription, and I will be calling my credit card company and disputing this unauthorized charge! Even worse I never even initiated my Philo account or used it!
