Well balanced sound. Tried polk t50 sounded great with deep bass. But if you have a subwoofer to take up the gap the pioneers are the way to go.

These gigantic tower speakers look great and have outstanding acoustics for the price. They were a significant upgrade from my 10 year old Sony speakers, and I couldn't be happier.

These really do sound great for the money. They're apparently rated to go all the way down to 40hz but you should probably pair them up with a decent subwoofer for best results. You can also usually find these at around 70~ dollars at various retailers like Micro Center and have them price matched at Best Buy like I did.

I bought the Pioneer SP-FS52 speakers to replace a set of JBL floor standing speakers that had seen better days (they were banged up and the speakers damaged from being knocked over, nicked up and chipped from many moves, etc.). I can't say how much I am impressed with these new speakers...The clarify and fidelity of the sound is phenomenal; the looks are great; and the price was even better. For what are supposed to be considered somewhat value level speakers, they more than meet the ear! I highly recommend the SP-FS52s for their great sound and exceptional price!

I did a lot of research on these speakers and heard them in the store before I made my purchase. These are great for my theater room--the sound is crisp and clear and they look great in the room. I play a lot of games and watch Blu Rays all the time. I simply am over the moon happy with this purchase!

We bought these speakers to fit our "new" living room. They're the perfect size. Sounds good too!!!!

These speakers are great as long as you have a multichannel amp and separates. By themselves they are a little anemic on sound depth, but more than adequate for the average home listener. You will need a subwoofer for true bass response and impact though.

These speakers easily bettered virtually all auditioned in their price range, and rival products costing far more. They are a "Best Buy!"

I'm very sorry I waited so long to jump on purchasing these. I was scared off by the low price of these, but believe it or not these guys are big on sound and deliver. I use them with my Denon S710W receiver and they sound great. I am re-watching movies over and over now because of the new and improved sound! I recently got rid of my satellite front speakers in place of these full size ones. I don't regret my purchase at all! I only regret how long it finally took me to pull the trigger on buying these.

Use these in a shop where they are up high. Paired them with a sub and when we want it to this place rocks!!! Great value for the money.
