Works great for my needs and got it on sale so that was a plus.

Great sound, but it is very hard to navigate and control.

My second Onkyo receiver conked out, so it was time to look around for an alternative. This receiver delivers solid performance and myriad technical options to keep even the most dedicated audiophile busy for a long time. The lack of a hard copy owner's manual is indeed an inconvenience, but it doesn't detract from this otherwise attractive item.

I had a Elite from 95 and it just started having problems.And the equivalent was about $1100.00 , so this low end one was great for the price $200.00 ! I could not believe it! And with the wifi and the app that sets it up for you and all the new features. I'm very happy with my purchase. Not as powerful as my old one, but plenty loud enough.

The sales person was the best. Usuallywhen I go into the store on Gunbarrel Road I leave mad. This time was the exception I was treated like a customer should be treated. The product was perfect he recommended something that actually worked. Happy happy happy.

I wanted this so I could use my phone or ipad as a remote from my patio. The receiver constantly kicks me off and is a pain to keep reconnecting. Pioneer asked me to do an update but that was no help. Disappointed!

Pretty amazing deal at the price. Not often do you find an elite receiver at this price point. The sound is very good and Im used to audiophile equipment. Ive not yet used in a home theatre setting so cant comment on video.

The manufacturer did not disclose and your sales staff was unaware that this digital Pioneer receiver does not interface with older audio equipment (i.e. Pioneer Carousel CD/DVD player or Sony VCR). It took 18 hours install time, including 2 return visits to 2 different Best Buy locations and some internet search time, to get the correct information, cables and strategy to effectively connect my new receiver to my existing home theater system. This was very frustrating and challenging, if not for a committed, resourceful and talented manager in Beaverton this might never have worked out.

I have no complaints about the receiver; amp & tuner work quite well for my simple home setup. However, connecting this system to my WiFi isn't nearly so easy as my other components.

This receiver has good features for a 5.2 receiver. Only issue I've had is while using the ARC input on a Vizio M series TV it will lose remote app functionality.

The receiver works well. Setup was easy. I just wish they would have designed control of the audio frequency spectrum like a equalizer for the sound.

This product is a good entry level receiver. It works well with out breaking the bank. Would recommend.

This product was very very very very very nice, and I really like the way it functions. I'm proud of Best Buy for their accomplishments.

My old home theater receiver was doing okay but was not compatible with the new components. This new receiver fit and worked perfectly

Perfect for our Application into a local hospital Chemo Ward. Along with 65" Sammy and IPAD Streaming soothing nature Video's.

I really like the new app features that pioneer has added to there receivers. It also has 6 hdmi ports for all my devices.

I haven't used this receiver to it's full capabilities yet. Can't give it a full review until then.
