Sound delayed

Now the delay has spread to the tv sound. I’ve made so many adjustments and looked at so many forums online to try and figure it out but nothing works. Thinking of testing my Sony unit from the basement to troubleshoot.

Very difficult to connect

We also bought Sonos speakers. The receiver dorms not connect to Alexa or the speakers and the app it terrible. It never finds the device. I would take it back if we didn’t throw the box away!
