Nice but 5 .1 speaker difficult to setup

Back speakers not working returned one then got 2nd and still same issue. I think that auto setup stinks but otherwise works well.

Good features, poor execution!

The price was great at $299 but ultimately returned the unit as there is one inherent flaw that is a deal breaker. If you want to leverage Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos from an Apple TV4K or XB1X then look else where. I tried 2 different units with the same disappointing result. This receiver just could not activate Atmos or Vision, even after updates, proper cables and configuration. I ultimately, went with the Denon 2500h at the sale price and could not be more satisfied for the product to price ratio. Denon sounds superior and handles the Dolby Atmos and Vision switching with ease. Hope this review helps someone who is considering a Pioneer receiver......Dolby buyer beware!
