Okay unit

I have had it for two months now and when I did a firm ware up date it screwed the unit up! So I reset the unit but it still acts up and then I read the manul and pioneer states in small print that if I choose to do a firmware update then the warranty is no longer any good! Really I do their firmware update because I had to..the Bluetooth in the amp was cutting in and out cause the firmware was not up to date and now they say my warranty is no longer any good!!! Also I have a problem with my subwoofer humming really bad when the unit is turned off so I have to leave the unit on 24 hours around the clock or my sub goes crazy! And the geek squad is a joke when I called to get so help with the unit cause the lady that took my call was clueless and when I told her she sounded clueless she hung up on me!! Also the unit is very weak on music but sounds amazing on movies!!

Sounds great

When I got there they didnt have any the boss said they must have not entered it in the online system yet. So he had this open box and gave me this reciever for the 240 which is a big upgrade. Right time right place I guess.

Good Receiver for the price!

The first one I got had problems so at to exchange for a new one and works great. Only thing sometimes the remote didn't work and my smart TV somehow took control of it and then none of the remotes worked until I changed some settings.

Great performance BUT....

Had to move it off from Strmbox to HDMI5 connectir and still get blue screen from time to time. Not sure why and can’t get GS to come back and check without paying service fee.

It syncs up to our tv and our surround sound system, so we only have to use one remote. And, it appears to actually improve, in clarity, the picture on our TV, so thanks.
