    I've had these for 7 months and the plastic part where you control the volume just came off! Cheaply made! It was barely 3 months of having them that the plastic started to come off.

    Over the Earbud headphones

    The over the year buds were too hard to put on when I was wearing my glasses. I had to take my glasses off to put them on. They would be great for people who didn't wear glasses.

    I had to get this item because the one I wanted was at another store in another town and I did not want to travel with this heat and the COVID 19 virus

    I thought these headphones were made by Beats. They were not. The sound quality was not what I expected, so I return them.

    These stopped working in less than a month. Luckily, Plantronics customer service is being helpful and will hopefully replace them.

    It’s not sweat resistance while working out and wire malfunction after one day. Returned it the next day.

Please note this headset doesn't count with a noise-cancelling microphone. If you are experiencing some audio issues with the microphone of the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset. With the headset powered off, click and hold down the center button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_BBFIT 350". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. We also recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same audio issue with the headset, it might have an actual problem and it is best to replace it.     First Impression

    My needs are a little different from most. I use low profile Bluetooth ear buds (IEM) under my motorcycle helmet, both for music and ear protection. I have had the Shure 215's for about a year and the Bluetooth finally failed, (separate from the ear buds). The 215's with BT are around $150. I had done a ton of research prior to buying the Shure's and have been very happy with the performance. These Plantronics blew me away. Better performance and half the price. Stability is fantastic. Fits comfortably in my ear and doesn't move when taking my helmet on and off. Sound is better than the Shure's with better bass and very clear mid's and highs. After using for the first time on a short trip, my only small complaint is that the controls are very close to the ear piece. I assume this would be great for working out or running, but it sits right against the neck roll of the helmet and can be a tad difficult to adjust volume. Again, very specific complaint, LOL

    This is my first pair of wireless earbuds and, for the most part, they are great! I wear them at the gym and love the over the ear design. They work for music, bu also the bud fits tightly enough that they muffle other noise. Good sound quality as well. My only disappointment is how long they hold a charge. Based on my workouts I'm charging them twice a week, which would be every 3-4 hours. That may be the norm, bu I had hoped for a longer charge.

    I was looking for quality of sound first so I do not have anything negative to say about the comfort or the look. That was all fine but SOUND QUALITY is beyond bad. I know thye must be comfortable and not look like you have a disease in your ear but I had them on less that 2 minutes because the sound coming out is terrible. I have a pair of Phillips over the ear headphones for $9.99 that put these to shame. I wish the sound was close to being somewhat good but it wasn't so I returned them the following day

You may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile.     Cord Defects

    FIT 350 comes with old-school fabric-like cord; out-of-box it is unkinked, smooth. But after a few weeks of use it starts to spiral, constrict, fold-in-on-itself(?) which caused the left channel to go dead and I returned my 1st set to Plantronics. To their credit they sent me a replacement FIT - but same issue with kinking has begun...I probably will lose sound in one or both earbuds soon. Bottom line: look for cords in rubberized, regular styling. C-
