If your headset constantly disconnects from your mobile,you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset. With the headset powered off, press and hold down the center button until you hear "pairing". 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_BBGO 410". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue.You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any updates available through the "Backbeat" mobile app. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. Hi Rafa and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our BackBeat GO 410; Though we're very sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your unit. As you may have seen in the product specs, this model should provide up to 98 ft/30 m of range. In this case we would need to verify your setup. As for this matter, this model is designed to work with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. Contrastingly, if you have it paired with a computer/laptop, it might be the reason you're getting low range. Most computers nowadays are equipped with Native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support Bluetooth headsets, or don't have the drivers to provide optimal performance as cell phone and tablets. This is why we are unable to guarantee optimal performance when paired to other devices like a computer. If that is the case, upgrading/downgrading the Bluetooth drivers might help. As for being able to mute/unmute your voice through MS Teams on your computer, remote call control to answer/end/mute calls through the headset should work when using the headset with your cell phone. The unit provides AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) which allows you to control these functions. If tested with a computer, this feature will work with headsets from our UC line. This headset counts with an HD voice certified microphone so people can hear your clearly. However, it will not cancel all your background noise. In this case, we recommend you to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile to see if there is an improvement.
