Accessories/spares not avail even @ mfg
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headphones is ok, eartip on easily gets loose and eventually lost one side. Called mfg to purchase, was told they don't carry it and no idea which disty/retailer has it. What?! Expected better after service for over $100 headphone. Would consider alternative mfg.

they sound fine but they have a special charging
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sounded ok but they have a dedicated micro charging cable and I am not wanting to carry a dedicated cable for power and for plugging into a device when airplane mode. I didn't know this when I bought or it wasn't clear on packaging.

Good except for on planes
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked good as Bluetooth set, but did not work as advertised for connecting the plug on a plane. Either only 1 ear worked or they didn’t work at all. That was a primary reason for purchase. Returned for refund.

Good quality - OK sound and noise cancelling
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm generally not a fan of the over-the-neck style headphones but these are very comfortable with a nice, soft material that works well whether you're chilling out or working out. The sound quality is decent, but not awesome. It's not quite as crisp and clear as something from Jaybird, but the sound quality is pretty rich. The bass may be too heavy for some. The controls on the remote work well and are easy to access with clear indications of all three buttons. I tend to sweat a lot while working out and over the last 3 weeks with these, I have had zero issues with sweat. I was able to get about 12 hours or so from the battery so I thought that was pretty decent. Overall, these are a great set of lightweight, over-the-neck headphones with decent Active Noise Cancelling. I do wish the sound quality was a little more crisp but overall these are a good set of headphones with noise cancelling, especially for the price.

Posted .Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our BackBeat GO 410. We're sorry to hear the sound quality didn't meet your expectations. The 10 mm drivers should provide deep, rich sound, while bass and bright EQ presets make for easy audio customization based on listening preferences. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will forward your comments to our team for consideration in the future. Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you have any questions!

Plantronics - BackBeat Go 410 Earbud Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very happy with this purchase. Since I have had these earbud headphones, I still have trouble pairing with my TV every time I try to use them. Then when I finally am able to pair, there is a sound delay with the tv sound so the sound does not match the lip movement. Plus I have trouble keeping them in my ears. I just stuck them in my desk drawer and will probably forget about them. Not at all satisfied.

Posted .Hello! Thank you for reviewing our BackBeat GO 410, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. The audio latency for most Bluetooth headsets can go from 100ms to 300ms, it could also depend on the audio source. If you are experiencing latency problems when paired with a television, the television has to support standard Bluetooth headsets via A2DP. Super Comfort and Sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are an incredible value and great for travel. The sound is more bass-heavy than other wireless earbuds I've used, and they are super comfortable. Battery life is about 7 hours when active noise cancelling is off, but drops to about 5 when using the ANC. For everyday listening, I prefer these to true wireless buds. The magnets hold securely and automatically disconnect from your audio source when together. Pairing is easy and I haven't suffered from any signal drops. Great set at a decent price.

Posted .Hello and thank you for sharing your review on our BackBeat GO 410. We're sorry to hear your unit stopped working. Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. It is also important to point out that this model is not intended for sports, as it does not count with any sort of sweat protection. The life span of the product depends on the usage but on the vast majority of cases they last for way past their warranty period. If the unit is not powering on, please try using a different micro-USB cable to isolate the cause of the issue along with a 5-volt wall charger for optimal performance. In case you still get the same results, please note this model counts with a one-year warranty. Your feedback has been shared with our Team for review and consideration. Good, But Not Competitive
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Plantronics - BackBeat GO 410 Wireless Noise Canceling Earbud Headphones offer exceptional clarity and simple operation. They fit very comfortably and were easy to pair and use. Battery life is also very good. The noise canceling feature adds to the clarity of sound and the unique charging cable converts to a cord for wired listening when needed. I gave it 4 stars because the physical build feels insubstantial - similar to much less expensive units. They, of course, don't offer noise cancelation, but it feels like the leap in cost for that feature is not justified. This is a solid product. I'm just not convinced that it's competitive.

Good alt 2.5mm jack, back lacks features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro -Decent battery life -A wired connection improves versatility -Magnetic on/off toggle is useful -Water resistant -Comes with nice carry bag Con -Buds aren't as comfortable or customizable as competitors -Neck band will squeeze in and pinch thicker necks -Toggling noise cancelation is futzy -ANC quality not great and completely depends on how well they seal in your ears -Default audio is tinny and requires the app to get decent audio balance -The app EQ is nowhere near as robust as JLab and Jaybird -No HD audio codecs ( apt-X, LDAC, etc ) -Controls use "hold button for multiple seconds" control scheme, which is slow -Mic can't be used in wired mode, despite having 4-pole connector -Wired connection doesn't work on all phones and mobile devices -Phone calls sound mediocre and distant -3.5mm cable is proprietary, so don't lose it Overall I really wanted to like the BackBeat 410 Go earbuds. My workhorse headphones can connect over Bluetooth, 3.5mm, and even USB for computers. I love the versatility they give in being able to connect to practically everything in any situation. But they're also big and bulky, so rarely leave the desk. When I saw the 410 Go had a 3.5mm cable as well, I thought they'd make a more portable alternative to my usual headphones. In some ways they are, but in all I was left disappointed in them. First, the good. The BackBeat 410 Go has the basics covered. The battery life is decent, the earbuds are reasonably comfortable, they're water resistant for sweat and working out, and they come with a nice carry bag to hold the buds, the charging cable, and the two extra ear tips. The backs of the earbuds have magnets and a sensor so that the buds go into standby whenever they're clasped ( just take them out of your ears and let them fall together in front of you ). The charging cable is a standard micro USB to USB A ( the micro end is a 90 degree fitting ). No AC charging plug is included because you probably don't need another one. The charging cable also doubles as the 3.5mm auxiliary jack ( the large USB A connector comes off ). The 3.5mm connector is 4-pole, suggesting it supports the mic as a full headset, however I wasn't able to get the mic to work on any phone, tablet, or computer. My phone ( Lumia 950 ) wouldn't even recognize it as headphone alone, though other phones had no problem with that. Now the bad. First, is comfort. I've got a very thick neck and found the neckband on the 410 to slightly pinch in. It wasn't painful, but it was enough to be a nuisance throughout the day. Also, the 410 only comes with three sets of ear tips, compared to the often 6+ sizes and shapes available in JLabs and Jaybird competing products. I couldn't get as comfortable an ear fit with these as I have with other earbuds. As the active noise cancelling on earbuds is largely dependent on how well they fit and seal in your ear canals, this is a potential problem for many people. Audio quality is okay, but not great. Default sound, without any software EQ improvements from the companion app, is very tinny and lacking in bass. The mobile app can switch to a heavier bass profile, but that's the only alternative; no option for customized EQ curves. The 410s also don't have any hi-def audio codecs, like apt-X. Finally, phone call quality sounds distant and mediocre at best. The control pod on the right side has the typical volume up/down buttons and a center button for play/pause and other things. The buttons pull double duty through long presses, which I'm not fond of ( I much prefer faster double- and triple-clicks to do that ). Turning the ANC on and off involves pressing and holding two buttons simultaneously, which can be tricky depending on how wide your fingers are. In all, I simply don't think the 410s do enough to warrant their price. JLab's Epic line tops out around $100, and though they don't have a 3.5mm jack, they come with more eartip and EQ options, better controls, and overall more comfortable fit ( the buds coming up and over my ears helps them stay put better ).

Nice ANC EarBuds for workouts
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned several different types of Plantronics Head sets and have always been pleased with their performance. The BackBeat GO 410 is no exception. The Ear buds are comfortable and stay in place even when exercising. The neck band has two light weights so that it stays in place around your neck. The earbuds are also magnetic and clip together around your neck when not in use. Pros – The ANC (Active Noise Canceling) feature is better than most as it does muffle most of the surrounding noises, planes, cars, lawn mowers and even snow blowers. The pairing is simple and easy enough with cell phones and Bluetooth devices and stays connected with devices for about 20-25 feet. After that the sound starts to drop out a little. The sound quality is pretty good for earbuds. Music and voices are clear and well balanced. The earpieces themselves are sweat resistant and stay in your ears when doing vigorous exercising. There are different size earpieces that come with it for that perfect fit. The flat cross wires are much better as they don’t tangle up, especially when putting them in and taking them out of the included pouch. The cross-wires also come with a Headphone jack, attached, as a backup to the Bluetooth, which is a nice plus. Charging is easy with the included Micro USB connector. And there is an app that can be downloaded for Android or IOS to customize tones. Cons – Are not many. The Micro USB connector is the older type and not the USB-C but there are adapters you can buy to convert USB-C to Micro USB. There are no apps for tablets, which is unfortunate as I like to use my tablet a lot to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The windows app doesn’t have all the settings needed to customize the GO 410, only the Android or IOS app. (Thus only 4 stars rating) The weights around the Cross-Wires, though helpful to keep the wires in place, make these EarBud headphones a little heavier than most others. In conclusion if you want peace and quiet with Active Noise Cancelling, then these are perfect for you. If ANC is not really that important, then lighter, less expensive earbuds would work just fine.

Cool buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great. Simple to use.Sound quality is excellent plus it has an app you can connect to that allows you to change the sound with an equalizer. Noise cancelling is great for an ear bud. Doesn’t beat an over the ear in noise cancellation but far more comfortable to wear on the go and moving around. Battery life is about 8 hours. Friends say I come in super clear when making phone calls. Great set of buds!

Great Sound But Far From Noise Canceling
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As I write this Im listening to The Rippingtons on Pandora, however I can still hear the TV that my wife is watching. Between songs I can completely hear what is being said on TV, and yes I have tried all three sizes of ends But the sounds these produce for just over $100 bucks is great, but I would give them a less than average on noise cancellation. They are very comfortable and handle phone calls as well as any I have had, but at least so far the app is useless for them

Overall good headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the sound quality is great, the distance for bluetooth is okay it's about 100' without any interference. The only problem I had was the headphones have a piece that goes around your neck, then they have a thin wire that goes to the ear pieces. It's more a nuisance but overall the headphones are great quality and so far great battery life as well.
