    Great noise cancelling headset

I bought these to travel by air with and after a few trips I decided the full covered headset would be better. Being that I owned them and didn't want them to go to waste or give them away I tried them in the car. Wow it made driving my poorly insulated Prius a dream. Ok it is illegal to drive with 2 ears using a headset or earbuds; however, I drive long distances where there is hardly any traffic. These cut the road noise, provide great sound and last a long time on the battery.

Very good sound with these. They are easy to set up and have some decent functions. I have used them in the yard mowing grass and other stuff and they cancel out the noise well. The battery life seems to be good as well. I haven't had them long but I'm happy with them. The neck piece and cancellation pods are kind of cumbersome but not to bad. Originally purchased some Bose but I like these better. I'll update my review in a few months.

Use these for commuting on a bus. Blocks out a fair amount of noise and very comfortable. Sound is good. No drops out and connects fast to iPhone. Biggest complaint is I can't use the 3.5mm cable for the audio and noise cancelling at the same time. Didn't realize until I took a plane trip recently. Wouldn't have changed my mind about purchase, but nice to know before taking a trip.

I love these headphones. I originally bought them because I sat next to someone at work who was a loud talker and needed good noise cancelling headphones that were reasonably priced. They did a great job of blocking him out and all of the other office noises. They don’t block out all sounds, but they made a significant improvement to my work day. I can get a full day of Teams/Zoom calls out of a fully charged battery. I use them on a MacBook, iPhone and iPad. You can have two devices connected at the same time. Buy the geek squad protection though. The mic went bad on my first set after the manufacturer warranty ran out and the battery is holding less of a charge on my current pair buying have been using this pair 8 hours per day, 5 days per week for almost 18 months. The protection makes it easy and much more cost effective to replace them. Highly recommend.

Anyone looking for comfort and the easy ability to save battery life simply by letting the magnetic earbuds stick (magnetize together) and wear around your neck until used again. I definitely recommend these! The volume and bass is by far the best I’ve heard.

When I first read that the USB cable also comes with a 3.5mm connector that could be used in a computer or phone plug I was pretty excited. Unfortunately, it turns out its only for audio, it does not have the mic feature. It's still a good feature so you can use the headphones on the computer to listen, but you have to use the computer's microphone. The headphones work well and have pretty good range. I haven't measure the distance but I can have my phone in one room and still hear the audio 1-2 rooms away. The battery life so far is as advertised. I've been able to get about 8-10 hours off a single charge while listening to music or watching a video. I don't talk on the phone much so I don't know how much the mic drains off the battery life. Also, I haven't used the noise cancelling feature much but it will never be a good as my over-the-ear Bose. All in all...the BackBeat Go 410 are pretty good and the 3.5mm connector is a nice touch. Definitely worth it if you can find them on sale.

Its not the best wireless earbuds but does the job of crisp sound while listening to music and above average for phone calls. The battery life is awesome and the ability for it to go sleep while not in use, saves hours of battery life. As for noise cancellation it's a one star but calls clarity is high .

Over the past 2-3 years I have sworn by this particular make and model of head phone. The noise canceling was Par none, mixed with sound quality and ease of hands free phone use I loved them. However... I listen to music, or audio books 8-10 sometimes 12 hours a day and for some reason I could NOT get a pair of these head phone to make it through 12 months without the LEFT speaker dying. however liking them so much I would replace them with the same thing... after 6-8 pair (at $100 ea) I decided enough was enough. Sadly I had to go with a diff brand this go around. Even more upsetting when I tried to warranty them I was told 30 days was all they would replace after that no such luck...

The thing I really like about these earbud headphones is the tight fit of the ear piece and that idea that it stays charged for 8 hours; I got 9 hours out of it. The on/off switch and volume control took some getting use to.

Noise cancelling is good, works great on the train during my commute to/from work. Sound is excellent for an earbud! They stay in ear nicely, whereas I have issues with most others. Battery life is decent ... I had hoped for better, but it's not terrible. I was afraid I wouldn't like the section that rests around the back of your neck, but you quickly get used to it. I'm rough on these things and I go through headphones/earbuds very quickly so time will tell whether they hold up. So far they've been great. DISCLAIMER: This is my first pair of noise cancelling earbuds (I have over the ear headphones).

My opinion is it is the best sound headset iv ever bought. Only one I haven't got are beats cause told the things are returned alot due to breaking. So why waste the money. But anyway back to this. Sound quality is awesome they could make it a little lighter as when in the gym and your laying back they tend to fall off and out of your ears but as for warranty best buy sorta stinks as it gets technical and they tend to swindle getting out of replacing if they break which my last pair stop charging but had buy a new pair and I just love most everything on this set. But does have minor flaws

Overall, these earbuds are worth the price. They have decent noise cancelling, but loud conversation will come through. The sound is better than most, and they stay put during a workout for the most part.

I was looking for headphones with good noise cancelation for work. After some research i settled on the Plantronics. The Good: BT 5.0 is great. Pairing with phones was a breeze. Sound quality for music is quite good. The Bad: Noise cancelation is poor at best in noisy work conditions. Have tried different settings in app with no success. Also no on/off switch and sometimes the ear buds come apart from magnetic connection and become active. Would return them if i could.

Hi! Thank you for your review on our Backbeat GO 410 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Active Noise Cancelling is a technology built into many of our products that further enhance the user experience. This technology uses additional microphones on the back of each speaker that respond well to low-frequency (80 to 700 Hz) background noise. These microphones pick up the background noise, feed it into the ANC circuitry, invert it, then direct it into the same audio path. This happens very quickly, <500 milliseconds, which is not perceptible to the user. Please note that our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will forward your comments and feedback to our team for future consideration when developing new products. Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 if you require assistance! plantronics

Good sound, love the built-in abitly to use them a traditional plug-in ear buds with included adapter for flights. Also pretty comfortable in the ears. However, I found the user interface is convoluted and finicky. Skipping tracks, changing ANC mode are all more difficult than all other devices I have tried. If you can master the interface these are OK. I returned and ended up with the Sony product.

Searched high/low for a good replacement of my old LG headset that has ambient noise cancellation settled for this head set which isn’t cheap. After a few weeks of using not that impressed battery life is short, sound is just ok, noise cancellation works but to turn it on/off requires several button pressing sequences or through app which barely connects to headset. Also find it looses connection a lot might be returning them
