It is easy to receive and make calls without touching my phone. The clarity is superb and the performance vis-à-vis cost is unsurpassed.

My previous ear piece by Bose only required one touch to activate voice commands. Much easier. Battery life is very good.

Couldn't hear the ppl talking on the other end. Kept disconnecting while I was talking on the phone. I dont like it.
