The earpiece is comfortable; people don't complain that they can't hear me or I'm garbled (great background noise filtering). I also like the flat black color - less noticeable to wear so people think I'm talking to myself. That's Fun!

The one downside is that the silicon ear piece for my Plantronics bluetooth fell off and I can't find any to buy and replace it with. I wish Best Buy carried the silicon ear pieces for bluetooth devices.

True to Pkantronics usual quality, It provides a clear listening experience when I am in the car, for phone calls, navigation instructions, etc. When I ask those to whom I'm speaking on the phone, they report a clear easily understandable listening experience from me as well. At this price point, I don't know what else I could ask for.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works but one night I dropped it and couldnt find it for about 3 weeks so I bought another one because I liked the way it worked sure enough about 2 weeks later I found the first 1.then while driving with my puppy I noticed she was chewing on something when I looked at what she was chewing on it was my plantronics bluetooth dented a bit but still works great.

Silicone tab to hold headset in place is flimsy allowing piece to slip out of ear unnoticed. An over the ear hook is included but in not a good substitute. Older models had a more rigid tab that worked well.
