My husband's cell phone volume was not working well. This worked well, but the cell phone was replaced. More husband's fault than the product, he felt it worked great for the short term, but he would most likely not use it with the new cell phone. He'd lose it.

It connected easily to all the cell phone and laptops that I used. Great sound quality nice battery life.

I have owned a lot of Bluetooth ear pieces throughout past years. This has nice features for the price. One slight negative is does not seem to hold a charge for the length of time designated on the product packaging.

This headset is totally great. Great size and good quality sound. If I could suggest one thing , it would be to have exchangeable ear pieces because the plastic ear piece hurts a little bit after a few hours when I forgot I have it in. Other than that, everything else is great !

This bluetooth works great with my phone and people don't hear the noise in the background too much.

Needed hands free not only for driving I also use it at work. I have to move around a lot and sometimes answering the phone is not easy. I had those around the neck headphones and they broke, they were not meant for the task. I am impressed with the sound quaility of this Bluetooth, I can hear my alerts as well as have a good conversation.

Connects with both personal and work phones very quickly. Buttons are responsive with a understood response at pressing them. My only complaint is the volume. I recognize my work van is loud, however, the level just doesn't get loud enough to overpower the road noise.

Fits well, doesn't loosen and fall out like other bluetooths I have owned. Holds charge well.

Not sorry one minute for buying this one! This is the best fitting, voice clarity (both ways), and hardware I've owned. PERIOD. And I've owned and tried a lot of them. This is so light it holds in my ear with no ear loop. First time ever one held this good. I've had it a month now. Plantronics does not offer a Bluetooth headset in this form with talking caller ID and I do miss it a bit. However the just plain excellent usability of this headset makes it worth giving up that one small feature. If it had talking caller ID I would rate it a 5, maybe even rate it a 10.

Great sound quality, is easy to pair with phone. Very comfortable! Fits inside the ear opening.

Plantronics Explorer headset is easy to pair and even easier to use. Sound quality is pretty good and this device can be used for a long period of time before having to recharge. I bought 2 and, if necessary, will buy this item or a similiar Plantronics item.

You can hear clearly and loudly with this one. Decent battery life of 6 hours.

It stays on for at least 6 hours and you can hear everything crystal clear.

This was a gift for my mother who loves it! She says it's easy to use and quality is great.

I have purchased multiples of these because our puppy likes them too. I have tried other brands, but Plantronics has great sound, is easy to use and is constructed well. Before the puppy, the same bluetooth lasted me several years. Love it. Won't buy another brand.
