The ear bidis very uncomfortable. Gratefully I had an older non working device that I exchanged for a better fit.

It looks good and performs flawlessly with my phone. I had some previous experience with Plantronic headphone/mic sets while working in a Call Center and fully expected to get the same great use.

I don’t like things in my ear but besides that I like it!! I still can’t figure out how to answer it so sometimes I end up cutting callers off.
