    Excellent product, feels great against the ear. Volume is perfectly loud (not sure about the loudness complaints, this thing screams just fine). I love the USB charging cable, easy around my jean's belt buckle. Works flawlessly with Samsung S6 and S7. I would give it 4 stars if it was $100+ as I hate rating things perfect, but for the price it is as good as it gets.

    I've had various Plantronics products over the years and this one works pretty well as expected. My only complaint is the instructions are incorrect in one function item, otherwise once you figure it out you've got a great product
