This headset is light & not an encumberance on the ear. It holds a seven hour charge & is chargeable with a standard cell phone cord. The sound quality is the best of the bluetooths that I’ve had experience with & I would recommend it.

Good Bluetooth, able to hear clearly with it and no complaint from people that call me.

Most of the time the person on the other end can hear me clearly if I am in my car with the windows up or no other loud noise around in my home. I love that I can listen to music or other audio from this headset and its discreet enough to be used at work.

Had to replace an older unit that I had quit working. Sound is good, I have had no complaints from callers about sound quality. Battery only lasts 7 hours vs. 11 hours on my old device. Pairing was simple with my phone a Galaxy 4.

This e ear piece does everything it was design to do I an able to connect to my SmartWatch and phone at the same time and I have no glitches with it it has no hook to go around the ear and it sets in the ear just perfect excellent piece of equipment

Pricey but works well. I advise getting the warranty just in case you are clumsy like me and break it. You must keep your phone close in order to have best signal. It will automatically disconnect when out of range. Overall, i'd buy it again.

Pretty good sound quality, and range. Comfortable fit, and seem durable. The voice prompts could be a little clearer/louder from the device.

This headset is clear, even at lower volumes. The size is great.

I had a Plantronics bluetooth which lasted several years and purchased a new one. I found it is easy to use, the sound comes in clearly and it fits snugly over the ear.

I had to get this one as a replacement after I lost my other one in the cattle pen. No telling where that one went too! Easy to use, fits in my ear very easily, sound is good and small enough to put in your shirt pocket.

Decent unit with expected features, excellent battery life, but lacking in sound quality. Easy to link initially, but drops connection without warning on new iPhone 8.

I have been very pleased with my purchase so far. Pros:The operations are very easy, buttons are accessible without fumbling for them. Long battery life. Sound quality is great without much adjusting. Dual connections to two devices is a new feature to me, but I like it! Cons: The distance at which you lose connection is pretty far...only in an open area. Sometimes I will walk out the door, leaving my phone in close proximity to the doorway and I will loose connection within 20 feet. Good thing is that it connects again right away once you are back in range. The only other complaint is that the silicone in-ear-piece really made my ear sore for the first few weeks! It's still kinda tender sometimes, but the sucker stays in you ear, that's for sure!! Overall, I am very pleased with this "middle of the road" BT purchase!

My previous Bluetooth broke suddenly & I needed another one very fast. I went to Best Buy to purchase another one & was looking for a similar one because I never had any problems with it. There were so many to choose from but this particular caught my eye because it was white & the price. I have had it for about 2-3 weeks already it's so easy to use & great sound. I LOVE IT!

I've had this headset for about a week now. I was an avid fan of Motorola bluetooth headsets for comfort but the Boom proved to be too fragile and broke even under very careful use. This Plantronics had good reviews and so far they were deserved.. Headset is very comfortable, I use it without any nubs and only the ear hook. Performance has been spot on and easy to use.

Easy to pair. Good sound quality. Very good fit. Needed soemthing with an ear loop, and this one was just right.

Wife says she hears static when talking but then other times she doesnt hear anything. Oh and supposely she says she CAN HEAR EVERYTHING on my side. Fits good in ear. Qhen qearimg for looooooong time it begins to hurt alittle but its expected! Youre wearing it for to long. I can hear good. Better than holding phone. Good for when driving and being just at home. Got a great deal. Was 29.99 and i ised my 10 bb certif... Even better! Not to crazy about it being white bit cant complain for the price.

I am enjoying this bluetooth. It fits well in my ear and I can clearly hear the caller on the other end. The buttons are easy to use. The battery life is good and will last most of the day depending on use I found it easy to pair with my iPhone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that fact it requires a USB port for charging. When I plug it into my USB port on my mac it shuts my computer down. The device has to charge while your computer is turned on. I charge my bluetooth when I am away from my computer.

This bluetooth device has always been very reliable. Unfortunately, I have had to purchase multiple times due to my losing them one way or another, but I get the same one each time. I like the features of it telling me how much talk time is left and the clear signal of low talk time. Volume level is perfect as I can hear every word clearly.

This is a very good headset... Every person I talk to on my phone says my voice is clear and they can't believe I'm speaking on a wireless headset sometimes I I experience that I'm not hearing the other person but it's not my headset it's what the other person may be using at the time such as earbuds which are not dedicated to phone calls as my plantronic explorer...all and all I'm very happy with this item
