Decent Bluetooth

I just leave my phone where I get the best reception and use the headset anywhere I want. It works like a charm.

It was easy to set up, easy to use, has great volume and clarity. If you are thinking about blue tooth, go for this one. You won't regret it.

When I insert the Bluetooth in my ear, it was lightweight and comfortable. However, the longer I wore it, it was creating a tender spot in my ear. Eventually, it turned into a painful open sore. The Bluetooth gives about 7 hours of talk time and a long standby charge.

Great blue tooth

She has 2 jobs and both of them require her to use 2 hands. By having her bluetooth earpiece, she can talk to her kids when they call and she can continue to work.

I've used several brands and models throughout the years. It has been mediocre at best in terms of reliability overall. I hope this replacement, which was covered by Best Buy's insurance I purchased with the original set, will work better. If it wasn't for the insurance protection I'd be looking for something totally different!

If you are experiencing acoustic issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection: Delete the headset completely from your cell phone's list of paired devices. Power your phone completely OFF, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth Software on the phone. If the issue continues after doing this your unit would need to be replaced. Please note your headset does include a limited warranty.
