If you've found the volume too low, please make sure to try increasing the volume on your phone and the earpiece itself through the buttons located on the side of the earpiece, opposite to the power switch. To increase the volume, tap several times and to decrease it, press and hold the volume button. It is important to mention that an android phone must be set to medium/high or audio will sound too low. Please note this unit does have a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase. However this time the unit only came with only 2 different gel ear pieces, small and large. I need the medium so this unit keeps falling out of my ear. I even contacted Plantronics to send me the medium ones, and they sent the large.
