Not a lot of bells or whistles, just a simple headset for a good price. Voice is clear. I like that the device is secured to the ear with a malleable plastic that fits in the ear and does not use a hook. Probably not good for jogging, but for general use it works great. The charging wire is magnetic and doubles as a belt loop holder for the device. There could be more instructions on the charging wire since it looks completely different from most USB wires, but most people should figure it out fairly quickly. The wire is innovative and I would expect to see this more in other products.

Great sound quality and microphone, The earpiece does pickup background noise from time to time. Wish it had a little more talk time but that could be due to the improved sound quality from the m95 with has 8 hours of talk time. Overall a good Bluetooth for the price.

Sound quality and fit exceeded expectations. Unit held its charge as long as stated. Now my wife wants the same unit. We also like that it is compact without the long antenna others have.

Good sound quality. Easy to use. Long battery life. This is my third one. Buying it to replace the one I lost. This new one came with a strap to help reduce the possibility of losing it.

This plantronics blue tooth is great bluetooth bought this for my girlfriend , its smaller then the one i have and has a long battery life and the charging cable/ holder is awesome quick recharge on the go.

This headset was easy to setup and has very clear audio.

The clarity of this blue tooth is outstanding. And the battery life is 11hours! It lightweight and easy to wear.

A little big for my ear, but doesn't make it sore like some of the others, and it does stay in place when I am riding my horses. I have specific needs for the music functions, and it meets those needs.

This works fine. It doesn't really stay in the ear well. The sound is good but it needs to be able to turn up louder since it sits outside the ear canal.

The earpiece is adjustable and once snug and in place, will not fall from position (lest you are trying to make it). Buttons/switches are responsive and syncs quickly via Bluetooth, giving clear audio as well. The mic tends to pick up ambient noise, but for the price you're paying this is a nitpick which can easily be overlooked.

So light I forget that I have it on. Talk time is long and sound is crystal clear. This is my second one, I lost my first one and couldn't do without so I bought it.

I love this bluetooth. I love that the personal ringtones and notification sounds play through the bluetooth. Although it took me a few tries to pair it with my phone, it has worked perfectly. This is the best bluetooth I have ever owned. I have had a couple of Plantronics and the extra money on this one is worth it.

Bought this for my wife as a gift, works perfectly, good battery life and it charges really fast. The only downside i would mention can be the range but overall it's a great product for its value.

I've been using the M55 model of this headset and finally couldn't tolerate the missed calls because the headset wouldn't connect using the voice command "answer". Got the 505 hoping it would be better. This 505 headset has fairly good audio clarity and it does connect easily to a call by simply pushing a button and not requiring the voice command. Nevertheless, the battery life of this model is very poor compared to the M55 device. I'm disappointed that this model was not a great improvement over the much older model.

I use this in my 2003 Ford F250 diesel and I never have a problem hearing the person on the other side. The battery life is great and charges very quickly. The only downfall I have noticed is that it starts to hurt my ear of it is in for longer than 20 minutes, but I just leave it in the cup holder between calls.
