Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
If the volume is still low it may be the headset. If that is the case we can replace that device. You can use the following url to view the replacement steps.

I really wanted the one that was double the price with a better range but I couldn't make myself do it! Also, it says no noice cancelling and they did not lie lol...ppl can hear everything in your background.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The answer button is not user friendly- it has too much resistance and your pushing the ear piece into your ear to answer a call. In order to use voice dialing, you have to press and hold that same high resistance button, but release when you hear the tone, otherwise your pairing. It tells you that there is an in coming call which skips the phone from telling you who is calling, and there is no settings menu to shut off the obvious. Over all as along as your not pushing the one button it’s comfortable to wear, but you still have to look at the phone to see who is calling before subjecting yourself to an unwanted conversation.
