Not a good earpiece

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
If the reset doesn't help we can replace that device. You can use the following url to view our replacement info.

In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

Bluetooth Ear piece
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product, loud, easy to hear people, no static. Now that I can work from home 24/7, and only have a cell phone, figured I should get something like this. I did not want to hold the phone to my ear all day, nor use the included headphones/mic that comes with an iPhone. The included clip can be a little uncomfortable. Would be nicer if there was a separate mute button vs holding down both volume buttons. Cool how you can control your iPhone with voice commands. The included charger is also a clip (magnetic) which is pretty cool, product does not feel cheap at all. Would buy more from this company again.

Perfect size and clarity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect size, fit and clarity. Small in size, big in sound and easy to slip in your pocket and take it with you. Battery life is awesome, up to 7 hours and does not drain when not in use. Best earpiece I have ever known.

Great bluetooth for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very clear! Callers could not tell I was using a headset. Absolutely no echo! The only thing I don't like is the caller's name is not announced even if the caller is listed in my contacts.

Not pleased returned item
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really hoping to like this product, but for the price it failed the test for me. Volume was not loud enough when on the road. Also experienced fading in and out of the person I was talking to when phone reception was fine. It sounded great when I was in low noise areas. I was told by those I was talking to that I was not as clear as I was with the cheaper Q2 Blueant I previously used. Blue tooth distance and battery life much better than my old one. Since I brought this primarily for the car, it just was not loud enough and faded in and out during the ride. I also had a few bluetooth disconnects for no reason when phone was right next to me, but that could have been my phone.

Great Replacement My Jawbone BT
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using Jawbone for my last few BT devices; however, the battery life and fit for my last Jawbone was not that great. The Plantronics 505 is a great replacement and priced much better. Feels good in the ear and you can use it without the ear loop. I use it with the ear loop and it's very comfortable. If you're looking to replace your BT, and don't want to go broke, get this one.

Great headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset is a step up from what we had. It was a great price and works fantastic. It is clear to hear and soak, great range away from the phone, and is easy to use. It has a noise canceling function, offers other languages, and is small and easily portable. Great buy!

Decent wireless headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I specifically purchased this item with the purpose of listening to music wirelessly. It works decently has good volume to it, has a good range from device, works only okay with voice commands. However I wish there was a way to switch between songs on the headset instead of my music device. Also it took a while to adjust to the inner ear "flap" that holds the device in your ear;at times it can be uncomfortable and it occasionally falls out.

good, but prefer the M95 model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.thought I lost my M95- so went to buy new bluetooth. figured a new model would be better. audio on this model is much better , but battery life seems to be much less, so I only gave it 4 stars . the charging leash on this one is a lot less bulky than a plug-in , so that is a plus. if battery life is not a major issue with you- this is a good model. I'd rather have longer battery life.

Works fine but with major drawbacks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this bluetooth headset with intentions of making hands-free, wire-free calls from my desk. This device works fine for that. Drawback 1: The charging strap, in my opinion, is just a terrible concept. The part that connects to the usb port can go into the usb output in either direction. Only one direction works. So I broke my phone's USB hub by plugging this in the wrong way on accident (when I removed it, the insides of the USB port came out attached to the strap). So I had to buy a new charger. 2) My computer does not support Bluetooth natively, so I purchased a wireless dongle to use with the headset so I could watch videos and hear through the earpiece. The Bluetooth dongle can connect my computer to the earpiece, but the sound option on the computer for choosing the earpierce is greyed out. This device obviously is not supported for bluetooth playback from a PC. I can, however, play back sound on a multitude of other bluetooth devices that I own; soundbars, speakers, televisions, etc. They all are not greyed out like this headset. So I gave this 2 stars because the item works but really did not fulfill all my needs. I also spent $15 for a charger replacement and another $15 for a useless wireless dongle so the $30 I have lost from buying this product is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 3. I really wouldn't wish this misfortune on anyone else so "No, I would not recommend this", let alone to a friend. Maybe I would recommend this product for my arch nemesis who bullied me in 3rd grade, but definitely not a friend.

I Really wanted to like this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, so I went on a rampage and purchased a whole bunch of stuff one afternoon at BB. One of the items I purchased was a new bluetooth headset as I spend a large amount of time in the car. I originally puchased another brand, and was not happy and exchanged it for this unit. Let me say, I was surprised that I only got one ear gel for the unit, and had to call in and wait 8 days for it to arrive. I was witholding judgement on the unit till then. Well they came, and I sadly have to now report. First off, I really wanted to like this headset as the volume was good. It never gave me fits to hear anyone. That being said, there are other issues. Pros - Good sound, looks good, decent but not great wind cancellation Cons - Fit, sound, App FIT, this unit has hurt my inner ear from the get go, and I was waiting to get the gels to trade it in but the others don't work. Wind Cancellation, you can have one window down, but if you do more than that, I am told it is like I have my head in a blender it is so noisy. I can't justify paying so much for a headset to have it act like my old 28 dollar one. and lastly, app. there is no real need to load the app as it is pretty worthless. All In all, if it fits your ear and you don't drive with your windows down, then this is an awesome headset. If you ever put your window down, then sadly, look elsewhere. That is what I am going to have to do.

Sound Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device is small and compact, very nice design. However, the sound quality of incoming call is not very good compared the Voyager Legend (which I also own). I was hoping this device would replace the somewhat bulky Legend, but unfortunately its no match. Will be returning the device and sticking with the Legend. If you are looking for great voice quality while in a noisy environment, this is not the device.
