Not the easiest to stay on ones ear! But once you figure it out very clear sound!

Although this Bluetooth headset has a shorter battery life in the less-expensive version, the response from those I speak with on the phone indicates the connection is better with less outside noise. It is also great for listening to podcasts and audiobooks while traveling without missing a call.

This is an awesome little device, it pairs great with my phone and Siri and clarity is awesome. However, I’ve had it for about a year or a less and suddenly the charger doesn’t charge anymore. I now have a device I can’t use. I think if they made the device longer lasting it would be a compete winner.

Sound quality is great, charges quickly, comfortable fit for me.

It's very easy to use and pair with your phone or laptop. The only thing is the sound isn't loud enough to for me personally and it would be nice if it came with something to put it in so I can't be lost.

I researched a few different Bluetooth headsets before I purchased this one about 8 months ago. I like that it tells you how long you have remaining on the battery every time you turn it on. The volume for both me & the person that I am speaking to is excellent. It fits great on my ear without hurting, falling out or frustrating me. Recently, I had misplaced it & thought I had lost it permanently. Without hesitation, I immediately went to Best Buy and bought another one. Of course late that night I found my original headset but instead of returning the newly purchased headset, I decided to keep one in my car and the other one in my purse. That is how much I like this specific headset.

Excellent Quality headset, sound is very clear and there is not interference when the phone is away or with the headset is low on battery.

This is my second Plantronic 505. Love the features, ability to push and voice command to call. I was totally surprised when I opened the box when I got home to find that there was NOT a "brick" to plug into the wall for charging. My first one did have that accessory. Having to plug it into my computer to charge is not the ideal situation. This is my only complaint. And if recommended to anyone, I would mention the lack of the "in wall" plug in.

While you can hear everyone else well with this headset, everyone else can hear a pin drop SO LOUD it sounds like a cannon going off. Even the slightest noise will make them yell at you. The microphones are too strong and this one is getting returned. I liked the idea of a holding strap but the headset is just not a good design.

I bought this for my wife since she is on her phone all day. The sound is clear on both ends of the line. Good purchase.

I love how the headset works with the Apple iPhone 6S. The battery lasts a long time.

The only issues I have is, it's a little complicated to pair to multiple devices & it could be more comfortable. It would be nice if it came with difference sizes for your ear like earbuds. Other than those 2 things, I love it.

I currently own my 3rd headset - this once seems like it doesn't hold a 7hr charge. My last one there was some audio issues- either the person couldn't hear me or I couldn't understand them - like static popping and muffled. But the first was 100% my fault- it got washed with the laundry. I haven't found another brand or style I like since the 10+ hr I had is no longer available. I WOULD recommend buying when it's on sale AND you have a coupon.

Does the job. Incredibly easy to set up and pair. Connects and operates very well. I will say that the sound quality is very tinny and not nearly as good as a less expensive Motorola I bought 5 years ago. My old one broke finally and had to be replaced. This one is OK but not as good as I hoped.

I have tried about 10 different headsets over the last year and a half, this is by far the best headset I have found.

Good battery life... lightweight... great sound. I went back from a somewhat larger and heavier Plantronics headset to a model I'd owned before. Good decision.
