The sound is good both hearing and being heard. My only issue is the part that goes in the ear is slightly large.

Noise cancellation works well and I've bought 3 of these for different office staff after buying one. It's a favorite mid grade Bluetooth device and is not bulky to wear. I'd recommend this to anyone needing one for the office or just hands free phone calls at home while doing other things.

This is my 2. Headset from this brand I just love it . Very handy and long battery. the new clip cord ( loading cable ) is awesome , I have it around my car mirror so I have my headset always close by when I drive

This was easy to pair up to my phone and the sound is pretty clear, even when driving in the city.

The sounds on this device is great and pairs super quick. The on ans off button are a set to reach and it stays in your quite well. It is a little uncomfortable after a couple of hours but that is the only downside. Actual talk time is a little over 5 hours.

This headset does everything my daughter needs it to do. She uses it in communicating with us on her long walk from the parking lot to her office, not having to reveal the phone itself. Nice clear audio..

This is a basic Bluetooth supporting two devices. It answers calls, rejects, and will work with Cortana as well as Siri and Google Talk. Clear HD quality sound (phone support required), and music capable. While not top of the line for audiophiles, the general person who wants hands free phone communication will be happy with this is the device. It also supports the turn-by-turn navigation on all three of my apps which includes the Windows 10 Maps and Waze.

Very good buy for the price. I was looking for a quality Bluetooth without spending a lot of money. Found it.

I am still used to this type of earpiece so I keep buying it over and over. I think I have been using this type for 3 or 4 years. I just keep losing them after I take it out of my ear lol. This earpiece is clear and it fits in my small ear canal. Most Bluetooth do not fit in my ear or they constantly are falling out of my ear.

Able to hear well and people say I sound clear to them. The only thing I dislike is the way to turn on and off.

Love the product. Enjoy being able to receive a call and not having to have my phone in my hand.

For the price, this is a very good headset. The earpiece fits well in my ear (and has other sizes for those it would not fit), comes with an optional piece to go around the ear (for people like me who want that extra bit of security), has an actual switch to turn it on and off (versus pressing a button), holds a charge well, has great sound, and the mic pics up voice very well. Basically, it's everything I've come to expect from a Plantronics product.

I knew nothing about Bluetooth so I told the associate that I wanted something easy to use and of good quality. We didn't need all the bells and whistles just something simple for traveling. She suggested this one. It's not the cheapest or the most expensive. My husband loved it and suggested I get one too. The only thing I have to get used to is the ear piece. After having it in awhile it makes my ear sore, maybe because my ear is smaller than a mans.

I have had a variety of different ear buds for my smart phone and this has proven to be the easiest to use. The others were far more costly but did not operate as effectively. Great bang for your buck.

It works great and I like that it is not real large. Works easily and I can hear conversations exceptionally.

Works great for listening to audio books or music, but it cuts in and out a little when talking on a phone.

I've had it a month and only charged it once! I am not a power user...maybe a 5 minute call every night on my way home, but it let's you know how much battery life is left when you connect...pretty cool!
