Great ear piece! Very light weight, comfortable, great sound quality and battery life.

Good reception and great sound quality. Only issue the charging cable is a bit flimsy.

many things to like. the voice recordings showing how much talk time is left, power on, etc is helpful. While the sound level is good, would prefer that the volume were higher at max in my ear (although maybe I'm just getting old and can't hear as well).

Replaced my Bose as it wasn't holding a charge and this has been excellent for the price. It is used daily and has been great. Lasts a long time in use and connects well.

This product is far superior to the 55 model. I have had both and this is a better unit.

Charges fast, holds charge very well, reception good both ways, good value for the cost. I ONLY buy Plantronics bluetooth headsets. Fit well. Last better than any other brand I've ever tried and won't stray to higher or lower cost brands ever again. Not ALL of Plantronic's bluetooth headsets are as good as this one, but ALL of Plantronic's bluetooth headsets are better than other manufacturers.

Not only is it great for talking but I can watch videos, listen to music or the radio without disturbing anyone. No need to mess with a cord. Bluetooth is 1000 times better.

I didn't really read the directions on how to operate the product, but it was really simple. I love listening without the wires wrapping around me. Gotta love technology.

Pro, it's small easy to transport, doesn't take up much space. Sound quality is great on both ends. Con, Device sometimes does not connect with youtube application immediately, the size while a pro can also be a con as it could be easily lost depending on which headset attachment you use.

Love this Bluetooth ....for the price it has exceeded my expectations. You can't go wrong with plantronics ....I have been using there products for years.

Works Great, much clearer than other brands, I tried a few and returned all the other ones, people say they can hear me much clearer when using this one.

Plantronis blue tooth has great audio quality and is reasonably priced.

This Bluetooth works great so far. I returned the Jabra I bought cause it didn't work good no place I went in my house. But this one is loud and clear and goes a good distance. Should of followed my first mind and got the Plantronics the first time. Because my other Bluetooth in the past was always this brand and had no issues. Lesson Learned....

We were just replacing a lost one. But we have really enjoyed this one a lot because the battery life is great and it is sleek in design and not too big.

This Bluetooth headset has a 7hr talk time, which I think is great. It does everything very well except when you have the volume set to the higher levels it crackles when the person on the other end talks. Turn volume down a couple notches and it sounds pretty good, but with some low talking people you can hardly hear them.

Purchased this for my husband and he loves it. He would always rush me off the phone in fear of getting a ticket. I can hear him clearly and vice versa.
