I was able to pair this up really quick and didn't require a charge out of the box. I can hear and be heard at a comfortable volume. I use it while driving and cooking and can even listen to music through it when I'm not on calls.

I found this one at Best Buy. I have been using this for a few weeks already. I am quite satisfied with its performance except perhaps for the charge life of the battery. It could be a little better.

Person I'm talking to complains of echoing. I end up going to speaker phone after that. Maybe happens 5% of the time. 2. If it's in my right ear, the phone needs to be in right pocket. Left pocket and it stutters in and out. For 90% of my usage (listening to podcasts, basic phone calls) it works great and is a really cheap and very comfortable. Stays in my ear with no issues.

Bluetooth devices work best with a direct line of sight, if you're experiencing range issues or intermittent audio it is recommended that you ensure there is a clear line of sight between your phone and headset. The echo that you are experiencing with your unit may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. It is comfortable and people can hear me clearly. Only thing is that I can only turn it up volumewise a little below where I would like it in noisy situations. Otherwise, it works great.

From wind to running water when doing dishes. I have to make sure I'm not doing anything even remotely "noisy" when speaking with someone. Primarily using while driving or at work.
