I purchased this bluetooth headset for work purposes in my job as a police officer and it has certainly met my expectations. The only thing I can complain about is that it doesn't filter out radio noise when dictating, but still use everyday.

There weren't a lot of instructions with the set but I figured it out. So far I am happy with the clarity. The rubber hear portion is almost too soft and sometimes wants to fall out of my ear but overall I think it was a good purchase.

I saw reviews that it is small for their ear. I have a small ear, so it fits perfectly. The sound is very clear, and the mic does not have any issue according to the person i'm calling. I use it for listening to music, videos, and calls.

This bluetooth has a very classy look and I was able to connect two phones at once. The only complaint I have is the ability to increase the volume. I have a hard time hearing with this Bluetooth compared to others I've purchased.

This headset handles all my audio from my i-phone including from apps like Audible! Some of the other bluetooth headsets do not. It has good range and will pause and restart audio if you get just out of range and come back into range.

The earpiece is reasonably comfortable and the battery life is good. However, the volume could be louder. It is sometimes tough to hear.
