While all the basic functionality is there this earpiece is nothing extraordinary except the way it must be charged. The only way to charge it is through a usb port, very annoying.

Works great! I’m able to connect both my personal cell phone and work phone to it. Sound quality is good, haven’t received any complaints from people on the other end so I’m guessing I sound clear. The only complaint would be every once in awhile it’ll disconnect then reconnect on its own, a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Not sure if it’s the headset or my phones.

This bluetooth connects to my iphone much better than the old one would. The ear piece cushion is not removable but it fits me fine. Good sound quality and good battery life

I like the size. The range is good. But the device is somewhat uncomfortable in the ear.

I bought the White Plantronics - Explorer 505 Bluetooth Headset for my wife. She has not been happy with other bluetooth headsets she has owned. She is quite happy with this one.

This is a good bluetooth headset. I have not gotten any complaint that people can't hear me, there's not a lot of background noise etc.It's also not big and bulky.

I like this product because it stays in your ear with no problem, it's very slim, the sound is awesome.

It's perfect for me in size and feel. However, I did feel that it was a little pricey. The Bluetooth works great with my phone and the battery lasts for quite a few days. Love it!

Typical bluetooth headset, nothing super fancy. There were some issues if the person you were talking to put you on speaker (we weren't able to understand anything; it was just white noise) but overall a good item to have. Excellent if you drive a lot and need to be on the phone. Also thought it was cool that your phone would tell you how charged the headset was.

It's an average ear piece. I have purchased couple of ear pieces in the past that have been better than this one. It does serve the purpose to have your hands free talk.
