I like the way it gives verbal responses to each button that I push.. I wish the ear piece came with different size ear buds. It just barely fits and holds inside my ear. I don't use the ear mounting arm because it interferes with my glasses.

It does what it's supposed to do. Not many bells and whistles but it's sufficient for what it costs.

Coming from the Motorola Boom series, at first I was skeptical with Platronics Bluetooth headsets... I never made any research until I considered purchasing this product. And boy am I happy with it. First, I love the on/off switch. Online the Boom series, flipping the boom counted as the on/off switch. I don't recall how many times it has broke on me. Yet Motorola still manufactures it! Back to the Platronic's headset... I am quite happy with the quality and build of it. It nests very well in my ear. I would recommend this to another friend.

Superb. Better than an iPhone speaker. Nice cancelling is superior. Battery lasts a looooooong long time.

I've used many Plantronics Bluetoothes. This one is very similar to the previous model which I loved, however has a more visually appealing look. It has many features that are very helpful. It is a dependable product and I highly recommend it.

It only came with one size ear pad and over hear hook. They are both tight and at end of day my ear hurts but other than that, works great.

A comfortable earpiece that connects to two cell phones for convenience. I only wish it had the capability to operate with verbal commands.

I like it. Like it so much that after i keep losing them, i have to buy a new one. The first one lost its volume, can barely hear anything on the thing. Maybe because I used it all the time for calls, listening to ballgames, and texting. It even syncs up with my laptop, ipad, iphone easily, but sadly, only two devices at a time.

Product quality is good but volume needs to be louder.

Great Bluetooth for everyday uses. Long battery life pair with great sound and very lite makes it great buy for the money...

Battery life is super long, audio is good too. I work in a loud factory and I used it to listen to music/talk, and it works fine.

My original Plantronics suddenly died after 2 plus years of constant use. I was overwhelmed with the choices but when I found the upgrade to the one I had it was the right choice for me. It paired with my phone perfectly. I'm pleased.

This was purchased to replace my old Plantronics earpiece that died. My impression is that the audio is not as good as the old one - this one sounds a little harsh. However, I use it to pair to my phone and also to a Bluetooth transmitter which I plug into a scanner radio. The transmissions on the radio are often poor quality to begin with. The earpiece links to my phone immediately when turned on but I sometimes end up having to re-link to the transmitter. Also, my first Plantronics always announced that it was paired to both devices and announced if I went out of range & back in again. The Explorer 505 announces the initial link to the phone but if I move out of range there is often no announcement of lost connection. It never makes any announcement of connection to the 2nd device at all. One positive though, it does seem to have pretty good range. Overall, it does the job, but I'm not impressed.

This is a great ear piece. Very light weight and stays in my ear. I have thick long hair and this piece stays secure at all times

I have bought headsets before and they always disconnect when I walk out the room. The plantronic Bluetooth headsets is a good buy.

Nice sound quality but missing the "voice activate answer" feature for answering an incoming call. That existed on previous models.

this is great for in the car and at my desk. Let's me be hand free so I can type and look through documents while talking to my clients.
