The cheaper one had an ear hook and lasted longer, plus an actual charger that plugs in to a power outlet.

I have always preferred plantronics bluetooth headsets and have not been disappointed with this buy. and the funny thing is it was the only one they had in the stock room and it took him like 30 minutes to find it

When I went to replace the defective device. Upon arrival to replace, I found that the store was out of supply but could replace it with a more expensive one. Not happy with new device or service.

The sound clarity is amazing and the battery life is super impressive!

One complaint is the device will cut in and out of Bluetooth at certain times. It seems to do it when talk time is 2 hours or less
