The cheaper one had an ear hook and lasted longer, plus an actual charger that plugs in to a power outlet.

When I went to replace the defective device. Upon arrival to replace, I found that the store was out of supply but could replace it with a more expensive one. Not happy with new device or service.

The sound clarity is amazing and the battery life is super impressive!

I can hear okay when talking on the phone. However, when trying to listen to music or videos through my phone or laptop, I have to be right next to the device or the bluetooth cuts out all the time. Disappointing.

One complaint is the device will cut in and out of Bluetooth at certain times. It seems to do it when talk time is 2 hours or less
