I bought my husband this Bluetooth after the LG quit having warranty on theirs because to many defects in them with sweating in ears. I have had one for years and never had to return this product. Need less to say my husband loves it too. It has a very clear sound and the music sound is great. We love ours.

The sound quality from this is very good, but it is not great for people with small ears. The one-size-fits all ear piece is a little big for my wife and gets uncomfortable after extended use.

I had a Plantronics - Explorer 505 Bluetooth Headset for almost 3 years and loved it but it finally gave out on me. I loved it so much I purchased another one without hesitation. I would have rather had a black one, but it was $59.99 and the white one was on sale for $29.99 ..... but it works great no matter what the color!

My wife has long drive to and from work. ThisBluetooth is perfect for hand free communications. Great noise reduction capability.

You need to use the ear piece, without it, it just keeps falling off. The voice quality on my end is pretty good, but I've had others say it sounds like I'm talking in a tunnel. When I'm in traffic or loud areas, still works pretty good, filtering out background sounds.

I Like Platonics. I have purchased at least 10. They are small and easy to loose. It's my fault you don't wear the plastic thing over the ear. It's not comfortable. If you have the right size silicone piece in your ear. It's usually good. I have put them in the wash, dropped one out of my pocket in the rain overnight at work. Used a blow dryer, to get the extra water out. It worked great! I just have a bad habit of putting them in my pocket. Now I have 3, incase I forgot where I put it. Obviously I like them. I would not buy so many if I didnt.
