Currently our only models that feature caller announce are our Voyager series, including the Voyager Legend, Edge, Focus and 5200.

Great bluetooth

It was dropping calls and the quality began to degrade. This Plantronics Bluetooth is a huge improvement. I didn’t want the Bluetooth that wear around your neck. I needed something small and compact. And this one fit the bill.

I wear hearing aids and most BT in-ear headsets are a problem for me. Plantronics did have a model that was awesome for my situation but unfortunately it's no longer available. The Explorer 505 does have Excellent Audio Quality but for me it's not as loud as earlier Models. I keep it & do use it when I'm in somewhat noise free environments. Again it's not really the headset as it is my hearing issue. Otherwise, Great product!

I have a Plantronic brand Bluetooth and have use this brand for years. She really like this lite weight Bluetooth and stated she will shop only Plantronic items (bluethooths). Thanks Best Best and Plantronic.
