The quality and durability is excellent. Had to have a replacement but with the 2 yrs protection plan available. I was able to switch it out with no cost. Thanks

It tells me what is going on, when it's connected, how much battery is left. Wonderful features. Also, the signal is strong. I can leave my phone in my basement office and go out to our detached garage for a few minutes and still have connectivity.

I have tried more expensive ones, but I am extremely pleased with both the comfort and performance of This Bluetooth Headset. I use it while working from home.

The charge holds a long time. It has fallen out of my ear but I still like using it around the house so I keep going doing things and still talk. The range away from my is ok but wish it was further.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. I have had them before I always break them because I’m very bad with my devices. But they have the best audio and don’t emit too much background noise. Every time I use them I always ask the person if they can hear me clearly and they always say yes.
