Does not seem to play that great with WP10 developer preview, seems to miss some of voice commands. This might be a beta preview problem as opposed to a headset problem As a headset it works perfectly. Sound quality is good and no one has complained about not being able to hear me or any of the other problems often associated with headset use, such as hissing or sounding distant..

Very good sound quality. Connects to my phone so quickly. Battery lasts 7 hours as advertised. Used it for one hour and my ear didn't get hurts.

This bluetooth headset is easy to use and has great sound. We now have one for each family member. Great to use while in car and doing things around the house.

I bought this bluetooth device because the previous bluetooth device, Bose, broke, literally, in half when I picked it up to use. Bose no longer makes bluetooth devices for mobile phones. I was a bit skeptic that the Plantronic device would be any good and much to my surprise, it is better than I thought. It is light weight, fits comfortably in my ear without the ear loop (included in package). Talk time is 7 hours which is not a big concern to me since I do not talk much on my cellphone. Charger is compact, is not bulky, and can be carried in my pants pocket. Also, price of this bluetooth device is a lot less than the Bose bluetooth that I purchased a few years ago. Definitely a worth replacement for my old Bose bluetooth device.

This is a good headset that works well with my iPhone 6s. Sound quality is good and the noise reduction works better than any other headset I have used. Pros: Fits well in ear / comfortable, good outbound and inbound sound, and noise reduction (even wind) works well. Cons: The answer button is sometimes hard to hit because of the rubbery material over it. The on-off switch works in the opposite direction of my previous Plantronics headset so I sometimes turn if on or off incorrectly by accident. Overall this is a great headset at a good price. I would recommend to anybody.

The design is very simple, and the volume is loud enough to hear, while not being deafening. clear sound and a comfortable fit make this headset a plus!!!

Lightweight, easy to use, and easy to handle with one click! Also, adjusting the volume was easier than I thought. Great for the price!

This bluetooth is great as far as comfortability and sound. I cam hear through it great, even when on the freeway wroth the traffic noise. The only thing I wish was different would be to be able to answer a call from it. I've had them in the past that I could push a button to answer call and double click to call back last caller. I wish that option was available.

I bought this mostly for driving. My car's Bluetooth was starting to have a lot of feedback and "I have no idea what you just said." The sound quality is great. The only drawback is that it can sometimes unpair itself from my iPhone, and the earpiece can make the inside of my ear hurt when wearing it for long periods of time. For the money, it was a good buy.

This device is lightweight and is easy to pair with your mobile phone. It's very functional and makes hands-free driving a pleasure.

Ok, so my dog ate my first one. Apparently they're delicious. I lost my second one. They are pretty small. I still have my third one and I bought a fourth for my gf. Sound quality is great. It charges very quickly and hold it well. It'll hold up to 7 hours of talk time on less than an hour charge. If I lose the one I have, I'll by another. They're just that good.

Plantronics makes a great product. It is easy to use, has great sound quality for both the speaker and the recipient, and is comfortable on the ear.

Fantastic battery life; can go a few weeks without charging with moderate use. Sounds are clear, never any misunderstanding or muffling. Great buy!
