Okay, but not the best!

The unit is small and fits in your pocket well, that's always nice! Needs to be cheaper to justify going with it over the lower priced version.

The legend model that goes over your ear is more comfortable. Call quality is good. When someone calls you don't have the option to say "answer", you have to press a button on the side of the device to answer the call. This can be unsafe when driving. The button is also situated in a place where you may press it by accident just be removing and putting the device on your ear, don't like that. Biggest gripe about this device is that it only connects to my phone about 70-80% of the time. Sometimes I turn it on and it says "no phone connected" or it says nothing at all. I wouldn't buy this again.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback on our Explorer 500; However, we're sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. It is also important to take into account the different size eartips available and you should be able to find them with the following part number: 201777-03. We also advise to make sure the stabilizers are tucked in your ear for a proper fit. Please note when turning on the earpiece, connection is not immediate as it depends on many conditions, such as Bluetooth, Wifi, interference. It usually takes a few seconds (10-15) to connect to your phone as long as you already have Bluetooth enabled. To isolate the cause of the issue, we strongly recommend you to test it with a different phone and while it is completely disconnected from the first phone. To pair to a seconds phone, you need to set the earpiece in pairing mode: press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. Then select under Bluetooth settings. We thank you for your comments. You get what you pay for. The battery life is good, but the sound quality is not the best and had trouble connecting at times. For the price, it’s not bad, but plenty of room for improvement.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Explorer 505 headset, please try the following to reset the headset and connection: 1) Completely unpair from your phone. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue on your headset. 4) Reconnect. If the issue continues, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary.
