Only good if in a quiet room, not a car

The person in the receiving end of my call complains about the echo and the road noise. I don't live in a town with a best buy so was not able to return within the 15 days so looks like I'm stuck with this product. There good if you're in a quiet room, but not in the car.

The light to tell if its charge or not doesn't light up when charging nor when fully charged. Last the volume only goes to medium which isn t very loud at all

The legend model that goes over your ear is more comfortable. Call quality is good. When someone calls you don't have the option to say "answer", you have to press a button on the side of the device to answer the call. This can be unsafe when driving. The button is also situated in a place where you may press it by accident just be removing and putting the device on your ear, don't like that. Biggest gripe about this device is that it only connects to my phone about 70-80% of the time. Sometimes I turn it on and it says "no phone connected" or it says nothing at all. I wouldn't buy this again.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback on our Explorer 500; However, we're sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. It is also important to take into account the different size eartips available and you should be able to find them with the following part number: 201777-03. We also advise to make sure the stabilizers are tucked in your ear for a proper fit. Please note when turning on the earpiece, connection is not immediate as it depends on many conditions, such as Bluetooth, Wifi, interference. It usually takes a few seconds (10-15) to connect to your phone as long as you already have Bluetooth enabled. To isolate the cause of the issue, we strongly recommend you to test it with a different phone and while it is completely disconnected from the first phone. To pair to a seconds phone, you need to set the earpiece in pairing mode: press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. Then select under Bluetooth settings. We thank you for your comments. However, the every background noise is passed on to the person you are talking to. They hear everything! Even if a bird churps outside .I also don't like how the ear rubber piece is only 1 standard. Cant have in ear long period of time as it starts to bother due to the size.
